Terms of Service

The Donut Market ("we", "us") sells in-game items and services for the Donut SMP Minecraft server. We are an independent store and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the Donut SMP server staff.

You must be at least 13 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you confirm that the payment method belongs to a parent or guardian who has approved the purchase. You are responsible for making sure that buying in-game items does not breach any rule that applies to your own account.

At checkout you must give us an accurate Minecraft username and either the coordinates of a chest we can deposit into, or confirmation that you will be online for a teleport. Orders containing an incorrect username or unreachable coordinates cannot be delivered and may be cancelled after we have tried to contact you.

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, stock, or bundle contents at any time, but never after your order has been accepted.

We aim to complete every delivery within 48 hours of a successful payment. Delivery is made in one of two ways:

• Into a chest at the coordinates you provided, if that chest exists and has free space.
• Directly to you by teleport, if you are online and accept the teleport request.

If delivery fails because the chest is missing, full, protected, or the username is wrong, we will contact you through Discord and hold the order for 14 days.

Payment is taken in full before delivery. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in your Minecraft username and payment details being blocked from future orders.

You may not resell our deliveries as an official The Donut Market product, impersonate our staff, or use our Discord to scam, harass, or advertise. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud.

In-game items are virtual goods. We are not responsible for items lost after delivery, including through death, theft, griefing, server rollbacks, wipes, bans, or changes made by the server owners. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: once an item has been delivered, the sale is final and no refund is available.
