Privacy Policy

• Order details: your Minecraft username, the delivery coordinates or teleport preference, the items ordered, the amount paid, and any notes you add.
• Contact details: your Discord handle or email, only where you give it to us for delivery updates.
• Technical data: basic request logs generated by our hosting provider so the site stays available and secure.

We do not collect your real name or address, and we do not ask for your Minecraft account password. Never share it with anyone claiming to be our staff.

Card and wallet details are handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the amount and a reference.

We use order data to deliver your items, to answer support questions, to keep records of completed sales, and to detect fraud and chargeback abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising profiles on you.

Order records are visible only to The Donut Market staff through a password-protected admin area. Our hosting, database, and payment providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Order records are kept for up to 24 months so we can resolve disputes and chargebacks, then deleted or anonymised. Support messages in Discord follow Discord's own retention.

You can ask us for a copy of the order data linked to your Minecraft username, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once any dispute window has closed. Contact us at discord.gg/TheDonutMarket and we will respond within 30 days.

The store itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our admin area stores a secure session token in your browser so staff stay signed in.
