Refund Policy

Virtual items cannot be taken back once they are in your inventory or your chest. For that reason, no refunds are issued after an item has been delivered. Delivery means the items were placed in the chest at the coordinates you gave us, or handed to you in game by teleport. Where a refund is approved, it is issued as Donut Credits rather than money back to your card.

Donut Credits are store credit worth the same amount in USD as the order they came from. They are tied to the email address on your order, never expire, and can be spent on any item in the store. We email you whenever credits are added, and your live balance is shown under My orders when you are signed in.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn to a bank, card or payment provider.

If your order has not been delivered yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Message us on Discord with your Minecraft username and order reference and we will confirm the cancellation before any items are moved, then issue your Donut Credits.

We refund, or re-deliver at your choice, in these cases:

• We failed to deliver within 48 hours and you were reachable the whole time.
• We delivered the wrong item, or fewer items than you paid for.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Approved refunds are added to your Donut Credits balance straight away, usually within minutes.

• Items lost after delivery through death, theft, griefing, or a server rollback.
• Items confiscated because your account was punished or banned.
• Orders that failed because the username or coordinates you gave us were wrong.
• Change of mind after delivery, including buyer's remorse on bundles and stashes.

Open a ticket in our Discord at discord.gg/TheDonutMarket within 7 days of the order, include your Minecraft username, order reference, and screenshots or clips if something went wrong. We reply to every ticket within 48 hours.

Please talk to us before contacting your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us result in a permanent block from future orders.
